Hey, I'm Sally Hope.
Leader of the Wildheart Revolution. Kundalini yoga + meditation teacher. Perpetual “Phoenix Rising.” Pun fanatic. Shows up to the party on a motorcycle and then leaves early to watch Netflix.
About Me
HI!!! (waves emphatically from across the street as though we’ve known each forever.)
I’m Sally. If you’re confused about who I am and what I do already...I get it. I wear a lot of hats.
You might know me as:
- A bass player for a touring band in LA.
- A traveling life coach living the #laptoplifestyle, building my business from Costa Rica and traveling the country in an RV as Girls Gone Moto.
- The leader of the Wildheart Revolution, a lifestyle movement and coaching group for dynamic folks with heart.
- Marie Forleo’s coach and community manager for B-School.
- A silly, somewhat quiet, crossword-puzzle-writing, latin dance fiend, Netflix-watching, super loyal, phoenix and sensitive soul who feels things incredibly deeply and cries easily.
Or you might not know anything about me and that’s why you landed on this page. In which case….HELLO AND WELCOME!
About You
It’s true that I do a lot of different things, but I imagine that’s how ALL of us are.
Each of our stories is unique, but the tie that binds us all is that we want to live the life we were put on this planet to live and we’re willing to do what it takes to get there.
We’re creative and dynamic people searching for (not only) happiness, but for REALness, including the good, the bad, and the ugly-crying. And hopefully we find some tools along the way to make it easier.
THAT’S what this site is about. Tools. And “you are SO not alone” stories.
What you need to know is that we’re all messy and imperfect. And that none of us is broken. That we have intense emotions and experiences, some of us have trauma, and all of that makes us who we are. And who we are, underneath the masks….rocks.
So friend, stick around and I'll share the tools I've learned in my journey to live #wildheartaf
